  • What Is Your Return Policy?
    If you are not happy with your purchase due to quality / fitting / appearing different issues, do not worry! Our Customer Experience Team is here to help and protect your best interests by providing hassle free returns in such cases. Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed , undamaged and should be in their original packaging including: hangers, plastic wrap, dust bags, etc.
  • Can I Make A Special Request On My Order, For Example, To Have An Item Altered To Fit Me?
    Yes, you can add a note for customization request at the time of placing your order. For such a made to order purchase request, our team will get in touch with you through email or over phone to collect the required specifications and accordingly get the piece custom made as per your requests. Please note that as of now we are only offering sizing customizations only and not any design or colour customization.
  • When will my credit card be charged?
    When you place an order on Alcalas.com, your credit card is authorized for the amount of the order. Once we have every thing together for your order, We will accept the funds from the authorization to ship out your order. If you have picked international shipping or air delivery, We will contact you about the shipping charges, and confirm the finalized order with you before any funds are taken.
  • Do you ship around the world?
    Yes we ship to all countries around the world. During check-out, the international shipping option states that we will contact you with the shipping charges for your order. We offer two types of international shipping services. There is a regular service which takes about 6-10 days, and an express service that takes about 3-5 days. International Orders are shipped via United States Postal Service. Please note we can't guarantee these time frames due to customs. *Please note that we can not ship any snake or elephant skins to California.* *If you are outside the US, Please check with your local postal service regarding shipment of exotic skins to your country.
